Science Fair
The Pierre Auger Observatory Science Fair takes place usually every year in November during the meeting of the Pierre Auger Collaboration in Malargüe. The event, which is sponsored by the observatory, started off in 2005, and has been more successful every year, with increased participation from youth of all ages.
In every science fair an big number of student and teacher teams participate with incredible projects. They come to Malargüe from all over the Mendoza Province and even beyond. The group picture above was taken at the fair of 2014.
